Google Earth worked in both windows 7 and 10 but when I took the Windows 10 out and put the 7 back in , Google Earth is telling me that the graphics card in my Compac CQ57 laptop is not good enough to run Google Earth when it was running it before.

Did not have to enter any license info. Hardly would have noticed except for the color change. Never download Google Earth from anywhere other than an official Google site. More Posts In the comment above there was a typo and the version numbers should be 7. They will probably remove the licence key dialog box in a future update. I did. This reinstalls Windows while keeping your files, programs and most settings in place. It also advances you to the newest version which you need anyway, and by the most stable method. But remember that Factory or Upgrade installs are inferior installs which most enthusiasts won't even run because they'd expect endless issues.
